Welcome to the homepage for the CCG!
Here you'll find the latest info on the Colorado Crossroads Gatherin'.
If you need more info, please contact me on the Forum or directly via email.

Step 1
: Make your motel reservation at the Travelodge!

The group rate is $69/night for single queen or single king.
Double queen runs $79/night and Jr. Suites are $89/night.

I realize these prices are slightly higher than we've paid in the past but this summer week falls into the "high season" period and average rates can be $100-$120 normally. This is a very popular and sought after location due to all the recreational activities available in this region so we think this is a very good price, considering. There are 27 total rooms at the lodge of various types, along with a few cottages.
The motel is biker friendly and the manager owns several motorcycles...including an Intruder! They had a Honda club book the motel last year around this same time so we need to fill this up soon! Do note that this is an all non-smoking motel, so keep the smokes outdoors please...thanks!

To make your booking call the below number and tell Matt you are with "the LC Forum"!
Note: be sure to call, do NOT try booking this online or you won't get the group rate!

Step 2
: Fill out the signup form on the CCG Signup Page!

It's very important that we know how many are coming and how many might be interested in a half-day group rafting trip. Right now I have rides planned for all 4 compass directions, so there's a ride each day Monday thru Thursday.

However, if enough folk are really interested in rafting then we'll try to squeeze one in on Monday since that's the "short ride" day down/back to the Great Sand Dunes Nat'l Park. The Park is only about 85 miles south so if we leave early that morning there will be plenty of time to sight-see and eat before the afternoon rafting excursion. Regular rafting prices are around $46 ea. for 1/2 day trip, with 10-20% discount depending on the group size. These trips must be reserved at least 45 days in advance due to demand, and require a deposit at that time. June is still prime time for white water so if you like to raft or have never tried it and want to, this is a great opportunity for some of the best around!

Step 3
: Order a CCG patch!

Oh wait...I haven't made those yet. Probably won't either since there's a lot of work involved with that and usually a minimum order quantity of 50. But we'll see how things go ...meanwhile, on to Step 4!

Step 4
: Checkout these helpful links and pix, show up in June and have a blast!
